These Terms govern your use of MCE Field Services (“the App”), an internal workforce application provided by MidCentral Energy (“MidCentral”, “we”, “us”). By signing in, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is provided solely to MidCentral employees, contractors, and other personnel we have authorized, for the purpose of performing their assigned work. There is no public registration: accounts are issued by MidCentral through your Microsoft Entra ID identity, and can be suspended or revoked by us at any time, including when your engagement with MidCentral ends. Do not share your credentials or let anyone else use your account.
Use the App for legitimate MidCentral business only — submitting field forms and work records, reviewing and approving submissions within your role, and accessing job, crew, and asset information relevant to your duties.

Work records you create through the App — form submissions, photos, documents, signatures, time and crew entries, and approvals — are business records of MidCentral Energy, created in the course of your work. MidCentral owns them and may use, retain, disclose, and act on them in the ordinary course of business, including for payroll, job costing, customer deliverables, audit, and legal purposes. You do not acquire personal ownership of these records.
Your personal information within those records is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
When you draw and submit a signature in the App, you are signing the associated record electronically, and you agree that signature is intended to have the same effect as a handwritten one. Only sign records you have personally verified.
The App and its design, code, and content are the property of MidCentral Energy and its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App for authorized MidCentral work. No other rights are granted.
We may change, update, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time, with or without notice, including for maintenance. The App supports offline work and syncs when connectivity returns, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and you should not rely on it as the sole record of safety-critical or time-critical information.
Your use of the App is logged and auditable, and may be reviewed by MidCentral for security, quality, payroll accuracy, and compliance purposes, consistent with MidCentral policy and applicable law.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MidCentral Energy and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited, including rights under applicable employment law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
We may revise these Terms. The current version is always at the public address where you are reading it, and is linked from the sign-in screen and the account menu in the App. Material changes will be communicated through normal company channels. Continuing to use the App after a revision means you accept it.
